This is one of the best workout to help you have toned flat tummy whether you have muffin top or not. It works for everyone. If you have big fat belly, this workout is good way to loose the pouch and have flat stomach. And if you already have flat belly, this total abs workout will keep your tummy in shape. You can perform this workout from the comfort of your home without requiring any equipment or dumbbells.
I do this workout along with Kelsey Lee at least twice a week and every time I feel the burn in my tummy. It takes about 10 minutes to complete this total abs exercise routine, so no excuses of not having enough time to workout.
You have to do this workout if you want to tighten your core and have flat stomach and say bye bye to muffin top. However, if you have any medical condition, it is better to consult your physician before doing this or any other excising program.

- Leg Drops (60 seconds)
- Leg Circles (60 seconds)
- Reverse Crunch (60 seconds)
- Starfish Crunch (60 seconds)
- Heel Touches (60 seconds)
- Oblique Crunches (30 seconds each side)
- Plank (30 seconds)
- Side Plank (30 seconds each side)

You must also consider eating healthy and lean food to supplement your exercises. It is also very important that you do not stop this workout just after couple of days if you do not see visible results. Persistence is the key to success here.
